I'm looking for some suggestions for the final layer. Should it be futuristic or apocalyptic? What imagery do you see there?

now on this one i really love that the piece is divided! i like that dark void on the left! it seems that apocolyptic images would tie in to that but i also like the futuristic idea because of the really early images you have, it's an interesting historical range.
