Beauty Marks

I couldn't find a mirror so I made my own. The only concern I have now is the green silhouette on the left. Does it read like a face? Should I add more detail to it? I was going to add Maori face markings. What are your thoughts on that?

The green silhouette (if I am looking at the right thing...) makes me think of a plant or a vine..the nature in us?
